Elsam Management Consultants (EMAC) was established in 2005 by two founding members Mr. Sam Mayrick and Mr. Elias Malubi. Starting out as Sam Malubi and Associates the name was later changed to ELSAM Management Consultants Ltd (EMAC) in 2006, and along with the new branding is now known as EMAC Consulting. It is registered with Business Registration and Licensing Authority in Tanzania and it is also an accredited trainer for Certified Public Accountants professional Candidates.
Since 2006, EMAC Consulting has grown in both number of consultants and in the lines of business that we are able to deliver on today. Today there are four principal consulting areas covering; Performance Management, Risk Management, Management Consulting, Capacity Building and Recruitment. Within these groups are the various lines of business such as Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Strategy and Organizational Change, Research both quantitative and qualitative, Asset Management, Service Management, Legal advisory, and implementation and support capability and Supply Chain Management. All of these can inter-relate and our consultants are able to work in multiple areas. We further provide wider management support in design, implementation and review of strategic plans together with development of internal rules and regulations relating to HRM, Financial Management, Sales, Procurement and IT for Corporate and other business organizations.
