Elsam Management Consultants (EMAC) was established in 2005 by two founding members Sako Mayrick and Elias Malubi. Starting out as Sam Malubi and Associates the name was later changed to ELSAM Management Consultants (EMAC) in 2006, and along with the new branding is now known as EMAC Consulting. It is registered with Business Registration and Licensing Authority in Tanzania and it is also an accredited trainer for Certified Public Accountants professional Candidates.
Since 2006, EMAC Consulting has grown in both number of consultants and in the lines of business that we are able to deliver on today. Today there are four principal consulting areas covering; Strategy Development and Performance Management using Balanced Scorecard framework, Corporate Risk Management, Management Services, Training and Recruitment. Within these groups are the various lines of business such as Strategic Planning, Risk Assessment, Change Management, Fraud Risk Assessment and Investigation, Management Solution, Procurement process and tender evaluation. All of these can inter-relate and our consultants are able to work in multiple areas. We further provide wider management support in design, implementation and review and development of internal rules and regulations relating to HRM, Financial Regulations and Accounting Manuals, Risk Management Frameworks and Procurement Manuals for institutions and other business establishment.
